How To Kill Fandoms: The SJW, Comicsgate and Ya Boi Zack Story
No one likes; nor cares for SJWs. Well, besides the Power Players. But, Comicsgate, could be so much more. And then, there's Ya Boi - on his own little island.
Firstly, let’s define SJW: These people believe in political messaging over competent storytelling; essentially, turning everything they touch into propaganda instead of entertainment.
For all they see is race, sexuality and gender. Nothing more—and they believe in the ends justify the means—which is what created so much chaos for the last five years.
With storytelling, you can’t serve two masters: Either your goal is to manipulate the masses; or to put something out people might enjoy.
Intent matters.
SJW-ism appeals to nitwits, the ambitious and the untalented. For it allows them Moral Authority over everything by labeling something they don’t like as racist.
They prey on emotions.
Which leads to a spike in analytics on a company’s social media page—creating an impression something is popular; but in reality, it’s just utter failures and bored people wasting their lives in the comments section.
Twitter analytics are not indicative of how the majority feels. I would bet my life that almost all comic book fans are on YouTube; but barely any are on Twitter.
I will go over how the power players pander compared to the “True Believers” on a later date.
Also, for the sake of transparency: I’m 100% behind, Ethan Van Sciver and Jon Malin, and their core tenets for Comicsgate.
But the truth is the truth.
Here’s Why SJWs Are Mentally Delayed
Marvel Studios is the biggest movie franchise of all time. And it’s solely because of the source material.
Which was cemented from 2012-2016 as they had four billion-dollar movies: Marvel’s The Avengers (2012), Iron Man 3 (2013), Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) and Captain America: Civil War (2016).
Tell me: Can you spot the one constant in those four movies? (It’s, RDJ)
During this same time, Anime, was also picking up steam in the West.
In 2016, Marvel Comics, decided to kill, Tony Stark’s Iron Man, and replace him with a completely brand new character, Riri Williams—at the peak of Robert Downey Jr.’s success.
So, when everyone was rushing to the comic book shops in 2016 to see what, Iron Man, was doing—they were met with, Captain Marvel, killing, Stark, because he believed you shouldn’t lock people in prison without a trial in Civil War II.
It still feels unreal.
Which was most likely prompted by, Kevin Feige, after he usurped, Ike Perlmutter, as top dog at, Marvel Entertainment.
But also, two women drinking coffee does not sell superhero comics. Marvel also made THE BIGGEST NAME IN THE WORLD look like a complete asshole as he’s portrayed as treating kids horribly in the cover for Invincible Iron Man #1.
The optics feel malicious and it’s a huge fuck you to the fans. It sent the message loud and clear they do not respect the heroes we love.
This is also the main example of “SJW-Marvel”; and how it destroyed the growth of comics.
Axel Alonso, Marvel Comics’ E-i-C from 2011-2017, lossed his job because they not only did this with, Iron Man—but a plethora of characters from the movies.
They also turned, Captain America, into Hitler.
One cannot make sense of this from a business perspective; nor storytelling. Therefore, it must have been done in favor of political messaging.
Anyone who supports this—be wary.
If done properly; Riri, would’ve been introduced years before she took the mantle of Iron Man—and it would’ve happened in 2019 after Avengers: Endgame.
Turning the second most beloved American Patriot (behind, Superman) into a nazi, well, explains itself.
And so, the sheer hubris and idiocy of replacing beloved characters during their peak fame just hurts my head—meanwhile, the popularity of, Anime, created a new generation of, Manga readers, in the United States.
Just imagine if Marvel chose storytelling over propaganda during this time.
*DC was destroyed because of, Dan DiDio’s jealousy towards, Geoff Johns, as Heroes in Crisis wiped away all the goodwill from, Rebirth, by turning Wally West’s The Flash into a serial killer.
Comicsgate
I don’t want to praise, EVS, too much—because he reaches different levels of gayness; and no one wants to see that.
Moreover, Ethan Van Sciver, Publisher of All Caps Comics, is not only one of the greatest podcasters in today’s market; but also, one of the greatest salesman; evident by the campaign totals he promotes.
And he’s an “Okay Artist”; who helped along with, Ya Boi, to create a new industry that can rival The Big Two.
It’s impressive.
However, there is one thing they do which should upset people who understand the only way for Grassroots to gain momentum; and one day become a household name—is to cling onto the Moral Authority they have; which all corporations and SJWs do not.
Their beliefs are actually noble as they are trying to spread joy with their comics. Yet, they do a few things which are counter-productive to that very cause.
Comicsgate bashes, Marvel and DC, without reading the best they have to offer. So, everytime they talked about the Big Two—came from a place of ignorance or malice.
This alienated their target audience by saying, “All Marvel and DC Comics are SJW; and they all suck!”
This translates to the average comic book reader as, “They think what I’m reading sucks—does that mean I suck…?”
They were feeding their audience what they wanted; and all they had to do was say, “There are still a few good ones out.” It will let people think they’re talking the comics they like; which makes it less personal.
Sadly, by the transitive factor—this is telling potential customers they’re losers for wanting to read, Venom, Thor and Spider-Man. Which were three of the best runs of the last few years.
I will reiterate: EVS, Malin, Ya Boi, Shane Davis, etc did not read these comics; therefore, have no clue to their merit. Yet, told every fan who reads them “They suck,” because they want to enjoy superhero action.
All the while selling superhero action themselves.
This makes my head hurt, too. If only they respected the characters comic book fans love—for Mainstream Comics are heading towards a crisis as I see no books that pique my interest except a few Indies.
“Who the fuck are you?”
I’ve spent the last year actually trying on YouTube as I reviewed the best comics, Marvel and DC, had to offer gaining decent views in the process. Also, I spent three years writing in the Mainstream.
I know both.
Also, sadly, reviewers with intregity are gone because it’s impossible to build a channel when you gain sixty-eighty subs per month; but then, you lose twenty-thirty because they didn’t like one of your takes.
It’s way easier to hate or love everything if you want growth; but in that process; you turn into a corporation because all you care about is the bottom line and not what’s right.

Ya Boi
Diversity and Comics, uprooted the comic industry as he called them out on their blatant propaganda. Which made tidal waves in the comic industry and blew up his YouTube Channel as he focused on comics no real fans give two fucks about.
Riri Williams and Captain Marvel are the two main reasons he became one of thee most prominent voices in the comic industry.
Still, going after the most sensitive people in the world will always have vast consequences; but it’s what his audience wanted to hear from him.
No matter what, I will always have a reverence for him for shining a light on pure propaganda; but his takes oftentimes come from whatever emotional place he’s currently in. Or, his reactions to a milquetoast YouTuber with dad-energy named, Perch.
And to be fair, Perch, does have a few great takes in his forty minutes-plus daily videos.
But, Ya Boi, isn’t Comicsgate.
He sees them as nothing more as grown men in a treehouse; instead of a vital, promotional process which was lacking in Mainstream Comics since its inception.
Also, he labeled the most talented and popular comic writers, like, Jonathan Hickman, Scott Snyder and Donny Cates as “Galaxy-Brained”; which translates to “Their stuff is over my head; therefore, it sucks.”
Now, I could say a few more things about this; but what’s the point? He’s not on my team.
All These People Made Comics Not Fun
Comicsgate still has a chance to adapt; but they refuse to partake in impartial discussions about Spider-Man: No Way Home, The Batman and House of the Dragon etc. You know, stuff people actually care about.
Their passion for storytelling led them to becoming premier artists and professionals in a cutthroat industry.
Yet, they shun people who are most interested, most vocal about their love of great storytelling.
CG just labels everything from the Mainstream as “SJW”; which to be fair, is mostly true about people in the business—since only the most ambitious make it.
But fans, are just looking to escape the everyday grind of life. Plus, great programming is dwindling down to nothing; while pushing out more content than ever before.
Meaning: Whoever can sell fun again—Wins!
Furthermore, regular people are far more concerned with bills and relationships to give two fucks what SJWs and Comicsgate are fighting about that week. Well, unless, CG, somehow makes them invested in their takes.
Individuals just want enjoyment and their identities; as a fan or person, not ridiculed without logic and reason.
Even then, don’t do it unless you can make it funny.
For they can rise above being angry when they disagree with a take; but to ask them to sit through you insulting something they can’t help about themselves—well, it sounds asinine to say the least.
SJWs are a lost cause.
They view everything through the lens of race; making them the most bigoted people on the planet. On top of that, they are beyond boring because you know everything they are going to say.
Regarding, Comicsgate: You’re lucky to receive one comic per year from an artist. So, that’s not what they’re primarily selling—it’s “SJW-Free” or “Woke-Free” entertainment ranging from podcasts, videos, comics etc.
I’m a writer; so, I’m on the outside of, CG.
However, they make the bulk of their money from crowd funding; which means, sustainable growth should always be on their minds. And all they have to do is “Wow” their audience with great storytelling to ensure repeat business.
It’s complicated.
Personally, I just run a successful bar and I’ve been making internet content for six years—and the last three—I’ve spent doing my own thing rather than chasing the algorithim after working in the Mainstream for the first half.
And right now—it’s the worst time in history to be a fan of anything.
You’re either an SJW-weirdo or racist for wanting to be entertained. Which is the false binary that has been created.
Why can’t I just be a “Retard,” for having a bad take? You know, like the good old days.
